Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach marks a significant milestone for the iconic hospitality brand as its first-ever standalone residential development worldwide. Situated along a prime stretch of oceanfront, the 28-story tower brings the renowned Waldorf Astoria service experience to a fully residential setting. Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, the project pairs expansive ocean views with a private marina, resort-inspired amenities, and the level of service that has defined the Waldorf Astoria name for more than a century. Designed by Nichols Architects with interiors by BAMO, the development introduces a new chapter for one of hospitality's most recognized brands. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
