Developed by PMG, Lion Development Group, and Marc Roberts Companies, the 44-story tower rises within Miami's District 11, the entertainment district surrounding E11EVEN and Miami Worldcenter. Unlike a traditional condominium, the project was conceived to offer fully furnished residences with professionally managed short-term rental flexibility, creating a new residential model tailored to modern urban living. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors curated by AvroKO Hospitality Group, the tower features a 30,000-square-foot entertainment and culinary destination, resort-style amenities, and direct connectivity to one of Miami's fastest-growing neighborhoods. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
