Bringing one of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Fort Lauderdale helped elevate the city’s emergence as a global luxury destination. Developed by Fort Partners, the oceanfront property combines private residences with the signature service and hospitality experience that have defined the Four Seasons name worldwide. Designed by Kobi Karp with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, the 22-story tower is distinguished by its yacht-inspired architecture, expansive ocean views, and resort-style approach to residential living. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the private residences, contributing to one of Fort Lauderdale’s most significant residential developments.
