Yes — every Maison & Co. delivery includes white-glove placement, debris removal, and a final walk-through. Outdoor and high-rise residences receive a dedicated logistics coordinator.

Yes. We have a dedicated installation team for appliances, providing professional installation and coordination from delivery through completion.

Refuse delivery and call the showroom immediately. We replace the unit at no additional cost and handle the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.

Specification-grade product is non-returnable once shipped from the manufacturer. Stock items and accessories follow each manufacturer's policy — see Returns & Exchanges for the per-category breakdown.

Warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Most appliance partners offer at least one year of full coverage; Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove offer two-year full plus extended limited terms. Detailed terms ship with each product.

Open the claim with our showroom team — we coordinate directly with the manufacturer and stay involved through resolution. You should not have to manage warranty paperwork on your own.
