Seaway at The Surf Club
Seaway at The Surf Club expands upon one of South Florida's most iconic hospitality and residential destinations, extending the legacy of the historic Surf Club into a new collection of oceanfront residences. Developed by Fort Partners, the project consists of two boutique beachfront towers positioned alongside the Four Seasons Surf Club, offering residents direct access to the service, amenities, and private club lifestyle that have made the property internationally recognized. Designed by ODP Architecture with interiors by acclaimed French designer Joseph Dirand, Seaway is defined by its European modernist design, refined material palette, and highly private residential experience. With only 34 residences across two towers, the project continues the evolution of The Surf Club while preserving the exclusivity and understated elegance that have long defined the property. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
