The Residences at Shell Bay
The Residences at Shell Bay is unlike any residential development currently underway in South Florida. Set within a private 150-acre enclave, the project is centered around Shell Bay Club, home to South Florida's first new championship golf course in more than 25 years, designed by Greg Norman. Developed by Witkoff and PPG Development, the 20-story tower brings together private club living, championship golf, wellness, racquet sports, marina access, and Auberge Resorts Collection service within a single community. Designed by Kobi Karp with interiors by AvroKO, the development offers a rare combination of privacy, recreation, and hospitality that would be nearly impossible to replicate today. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
