CORA Merrick Park introduces one of the first wellness-focused residential developments in Coral Gables, bringing a new approach to luxury living within one of South Florida's most established neighborhoods. Located steps from the Shops at Merrick Park, the boutique 13-story development blends Mediterranean-inspired architecture with wellness-centered design, integrating features focused on longevity, health, and everyday well-being. Developed by Constellation Group and Boschetti Group, CORA is designed around a holistic residential experience, incorporating advanced wellness technologies, spa-inspired amenities, curated green spaces, and a 5,000-square-foot public park featuring a sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist Jaume Plensa. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot, the project brings a contemporary wellness-driven perspective to Coral Gables while remaining connected to the character and walkability that define the neighborhood. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
