AVRA at Metropolitan Naples is redefining downtown living in a city traditionally known for its waterfront communities and golf club enclaves. Rising as the centerpiece of the new Metropolitan Naples district, the boutique 15-story tower introduces a more walkable, urban lifestyle just moments from Fifth Avenue South, Naples Bay, and the Gulf. With only 56 residences, AVRA offers a level of privacy rarely found in new construction while placing residents at the center of a mixed-use destination featuring dining, retail, and entertainment. Designed by Borges + Associates Architects, the tower combines contemporary architecture with expansive views of Naples Bay, downtown Naples, and the Gulf of Mexico. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences.
