White-glove standard
Every Maison & Co. delivery includes white-glove placement, debris removal, and a final walk-through. Our logistics partners are vetted and insured. We handle the freight, the timing, and the manufacturer paperwork on your behalf.
Lead times by category
In-stock fixtures and accessories — typically 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
Spec-order appliances — 4 to 12 weeks depending on manufacturer and finish. Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove orders are typically 6 to 10 weeks.
Custom and made-to-order — 12 to 26 weeks. Includes custom finishes, Officine Gullo cooking, and bespoke vanity work.
We confirm a delivery window when the order is placed and update you weekly until the truck rolls.
Coordinating with your build
For new construction and renovations we coordinate directly with the GC, designer, or owner’s rep. Tell us the rough-in date and we will plan the delivery to land on your schedule — not before, not after.
Damaged on arrival
Refuse the delivery and call the showroom immediately. We replace the unit at no additional cost and handle the manufacturer warranty claim end to end.
Hard-to-reach addresses
High-rise units, gated communities, barrier islands, and waterfront residences receive a dedicated logistics coordinator. There is no surcharge for hard-to-reach delivery within our four-county service area.
