Coordinated, not contracted out
Installation is coordinated directly through your showroom team. We schedule the install, confirm the technician, walk the punch list, and follow up through manufacturer warranty registration. You speak with one contact, not three.
What is included by category
Appliances. Manufacturer-certified technicians for every brand we carry. Includes leveling, gas / electrical / water connections to existing rough-ins, and full operational walk-through.
Plumbing. Trim-out installation through certified partners. Rough-in plumbing remains the GC’s scope.
Lighting. Decorative installation included on most fixtures; recessed and architectural lighting is typically the electrician’s scope coordinated with our team.
Steam and wellness systems. Manufacturer-certified Mr. Steam and sauna technicians. Code inspection coordination included.
Outdoor kitchens. Full coordination with site GC for grills, refrigeration, ventilation, and outdoor plumbing.
Punch list and warranty registration
Every install ends with a walk-through and punch list. Once cleared, we register the manufacturer warranty in your name so the clock starts on the day you take possession — not the day the unit shipped.
Service after install
Open any service request through us. We coordinate the manufacturer’s certified service technician and stay involved through resolution.
