Project Overview

Overlooking Biscayne Bay, Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is set to become the tallest residential tower in Miami and one of the city's most recognizable architectural landmarks. Designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower's innovative stacked-cube design is the first of its kind at this scale, creating a distinctive silhouette on the Miami skyline.

The development features expansive residences with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Maison & Co. supplied the luxury kitchen appliances throughout the residences, with each home featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances selected to complement the building's refined interiors and elevated lifestyle.

Combining iconic architecture with world-class hospitality, Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami represents a new chapter in luxury high-rise living in South Florida.
