Set along the widest stretch of Miami Beach’s oceanfront, The Perigon is one of the most architecturally significant residential developments currently rising in South Florida. Designed by world-renowned architect Rem Koolhaas and OMA, the project marks OMA’s first residential tower on Miami Beach and is recognized for its distinctive diamond-shaped form, created to maximize water views while enhancing privacy between residences. Developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group, the boutique oceanfront tower brings together architecture, landscape, and hospitality-driven living in a way that feels uniquely residential. Maison & Co.'s Contract Sales Division supplied the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package throughout the residences, contributing to one of Miami Beach’s most anticipated new waterfront addresses.
