As a luxury design center specializing in premium appliances, plumbing, lighting, and hardware, we work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers to bring exceptional projects to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering an elevated client experience, and helping customers navigate product selections for custom homes and luxury renovations. The Sales Consultant will guide clients through every stage of the purchasing process while collaborating with our internal teams and manufacturer partners to ensure a seamless experience.

Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom with a professional and hospitality-driven approach.

Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and industry professionals.

Guide clients through the selection of luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and decorative hardware.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product specifications accurately and efficiently.

Manage sales opportunities from initial consultation through project completion.

Conduct showroom tours and product presentations tailored to each client's project.

Coordinate with project managers, customer service, warehouse, and vendor partners to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity within the company's CRM system.

Attend networking events, manufacturer trainings, and industry functions to strengthen relationships and generate new business.

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the luxury residential market.

3+ years of experience in luxury retail, showroom sales, interior design, construction, or a related industry preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience preparing proposals, quotes, and following projects through completion.
