As we extend our territory, we are looking for a Sales Consultant for our brand new showroom in Naples.
The position is for a self-assured, initiative-taking individual with a passion for consultive sales of luxury brands and interior design while demonstrating exemplary customer service at the highest levels to a discerning customer base.
Specific duties include:
- Display and/or demonstrate products using samples or catalog, and emphasize salable features and benefits.
- Qualify clients, quote prices, and prepare sales orders by collecting and documenting all necessary information to meet customer expectations.
- Achieve budgets for sales, margin, and inclusions (delivery/installation)
- Update the CRM system and ERP with all relevant customer interaction data.
- Attend trade shows and vendor-sponsored training.
- Identify and contact prospective customer opportunities, which may include work outside of the showroom with management approval for follow-up and/or site visits with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Vendor contacts.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with ordered products.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Purchasing agents to fulfill orders.
- Follow up with customers after the sale.
- Stay current on product knowledge and trends.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our Distribution Center operations in Lake Placid, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Distribution Center operations, implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of safety by implementing and maintaining rigorous safety standards, ensuring a secure workplace for all associates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with associates and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of productivity.
- Continuously enhance the quality of customer deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and integrity through diligent management and daily cycle counts.
- Foster a positive work environment, maintaining high levels of associate engagement and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse associates, providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including unloading, stocking, order selection, shipping, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Ensure the security of the warehouse and the safety of all personnel and equipment, promptly reporting any accidents or issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
- Strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ability to build a positive and engaging work environment, effectively working with people at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various levels of the organization.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
